Rongwin panel bender bending center adopts a full servo system. Unlike traditional bending machines, the bending machine mold needs to be pressed down against the fixed part of the bending machine, but the bending work is completed by the blade. During the bending process, the plate The material holder fixes the plate. The blade can be bent up or down in different shapes. First, one side is bent outward, and then it is automatically bent inward. The frame is welded by carbon dioxide shielded welding, which has many advantages such as stable welding process, no internal defects, and minimal spatter.

The frame adopts a high- precision temperature- controlled furnace, which is tempered, heat-treated, annealed and modulated according to the temperature curve corresponding to the material, which ensures the lasting stability of the overall accuracy of the machine tool.

Product features

High strength frame:

The frame adopts an open "C" structure, which is good for opening. The frame is made of steel structural parts, and after welding, the internal stress is removed by tempering the large tempering furnace. By finite element analysis, the frame has high strength and low deformation

Press tooling:

realizes reliable compaction by servo-driven screw driving connecting rod, and can realize reliable clamping of plates of different materials and thickness.

Positioning pushing device:

will place the plate to be folded in the X and Y directions, which can realize the pre-positioning between the plate and the machine tool. There are two groups of positioning blocks, which can locate the corner and the edge respectively. The  combination has nine positioning functions, and the Y direction of the  left and right positioning seat can be adjusted (+50mm) to adapt to the positioning function of various sheets.

Rotating device:

Rotating device realizes the rotation of the rotating block by servo driving motor and reducer The high precision encoder realizes closed-loop control, and the rotation accuracy is stable and reliable.

The servo drive motor:

The servo drive motor drives the precision ball screw to achieve stable and reliable feeding accuracy. The C frame is analyzed and optimized by finite element analysis, and the moderate lightweight achieves the balance between rigidity and high efficiency.

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and(2) we have your final approval for your products.
